We look at your goals, your products and your space. Then we plan a layout that pulls people in.

Graphics and printing

Backdrops, wall panels, counters and signs. Printed sharp and sized to fit.

Build and fabrication

Our team builds the walls, shelves and counters so the booth is solid and safe.

Lights and screens

Good lighting makes everything look better. We can add TVs and displays for your videos too.

Inline booth space in an exhibit hall
Most common

Inline booth

A booth in a row with neighbors on both sides. Open only at the front, so the back wall does most of the work.

  • Strong back wall with your logo and message
  • Counter or table for demos and sign-ups
  • Smart storage so the space stays clean
Best for: first-time exhibitors and smaller budgets.
Corner booth at an exhibition
More foot traffic

Corner booth

Open on two sides, at the end of a row. People see you from two aisles, so you get more walk-ins.

  • Two open sides for easy entry
  • Room for a product display and a talk area
  • Signs placed so both aisles can see them
Best for: brands that want more visits without a huge space.
Large exhibition floor with island booths
Big presence

Island booth

Open on all four sides. It stands on its own, so it's the one people talk about after the show.

  • Hanging signs you can see across the hall
  • Meeting rooms, stages or lounges
  • Space for launches and live demos
Best for: big launches and main sponsors.
Event stalls inside a large tent
Easy to move

Pop-up and kiosk

Light, quick to set up and easy to bring to the next event. Great for mall activations and roadshows.

  • Sets up fast with a small crew
  • Can be reused for many events
  • Fits small or odd spaces
Best for: roadshows, malls and school or company fairs.

Booth FAQs

Most booths need a few weeks for design and building. The earlier you reach out, the more options you have and the less rush there is.

Your booth size, the event name and date, your logo and a rough budget. If the organizer sent an exhibitor kit, send that too.

Yes. Tell us early and we'll design it so the parts can be set up again in a different space.

Yes, that's what 833 Swags and 833 Photos are for. Ask about our expo bundle and get it all under one quote.
